About a month ago..the brake pedal became spongey and went to the floor..the brakes would barely work even when continuously pumping them..i ended up parking the car when the brake fail light came on..there was plenty of fluid in the reservoir..the next day the problem was not there..no fail light..brakes worked fine???..until yesterday same issue except it only happened for about 5" minutes then came good again. I have also lost cruise control function..Not sure if both issues are related.
