Just thinking about it, going back to my childhood when I used to have lots of mates ride with me. The main rule I stuck to was - hottest chick rides shotgun. Used to start a few fights as my missus really hated sittin in the back.....

This would have been really handy a couple of years ago when I was living at the beach. Thanks Waity.

Lol, that's classic.
I always thought the car had to be visibile. I'm not satisfied that clause I(4) sufficiently covers that requirement.... EDIT: My bad, amendment XXXXVIII covers it.

1st rule: Girl rides in front
2nd rule: If girl is not present, the first to say shotgun gets the ride in the front 3rd rule: If the shotgun winner has the ride on the front on previous trip he is automatically disquallified 4th rule: If there is a tie between two equal parties, the person to reach car first gets the ride in the front Why did I write this down? maybe I am bored

I think it should just come down to the best looking female. If there are no females or none worth looking at, then it is the Survival of the fittest rule. Although, a clause stating no damage to the car may be necessary, especially when informing a fat chick she needs to ride up back.

Cossie, You do get automatic shotgun, Unless I am there, in which case it turns automatically to survival of the fittest, in which case I win. Not because I am fitter, but because you are a little sissy girl :P
Also, hot chicks don't ever ride shotgun in your car, they stand on the console with their head out the sunroof. Even when there are 3 of them!
