Has anybody not overheated on the Hay Plain?
Our Summernats convoy was stopped when the tow Fairlane succumbed to the heat. Not much shade out there |

Funny things you remember.
A week after I got my licence to kill, I was tootling down Church St, Parramatta just running through a set of lights this guy suddenly swerves to the side of the street and flings his drivers door wide open (long Falcon coupe one) not having much experience I didn't steer fast enough around it. Bang, took the thing clean off it hinges, destroying the front right hand guard in the process. The HZ Kingswood I had suffered a broken indicator lens and lost my front left side moulding. Guy never paid up even after having the cops turn up a charge him. One for 'Driving Your Pet hate' as well....... people in parked cars who like to fling their doors wide open in front of you.
