Shouldn't be much of a problem, Mercedes contact all owners directly.

Perfect timing, i have mine up in the air currently having all the brakes painted and detailed

I might try get the booster number to them.
I do have a reasonably incompetent local dealer. They have insisted on an immediate tow to the dealer, for a booking in two weeks for an inspection. No parts available until September. I’ve declined and said it can be arranged to be collected the day before the inspection. I’m not having it sit in their yard for 2 weeks. Tow seems pointless, the dealer is 1.5 klm away. I’ll bother with that argument in 2 weeks. They have offered to pay any Uber taxi or public transport costs up to $130/day for 10 days. Which is quite reasonable for a 12 yr old car… They’re sure showing up others (ford) for trying hard on a recall, I’ll at least give them that. |
