hi all...
now i know this is not ford related... but i hope people know about this... just bought a set of rims for my missuss mazda 3... just wondering whether it will affect anything? like the speedo? enough to worry about? i assume they fit straight on... i know theyre the same stud pattern and offset etc... the original tyres/rims were 195/65r15s... standard tyres on the 17s are 205/50r17... and how wide should we go? like 225? has anyone got experiences with this? any help would be appreciated... p.s. ford and mazda are mfmily anyway hehe... |

Check out any of the major tyre companies websites they will give you tyre/rim sizes to match original...I.E.if you put on a bigger rim they give you the tyre size that will match the original.

thakns guys... i thought it would be alright... i did the calculations myself, and it worked out like 27 mm bigger wheel/tyre... 507mm originally vs 534.3mm... that shouldnt make much difference i dont think...
