Default Fiesta gearknob?

Hi folks,
is it possible to replace the Fiesta gearstick for a shorter one, preferably the Focus Zetec?

You can get a Leather an Brushed Aluminium one, but it aint shorter. I Paid $110 for mine. Its awesome.

Oxygen has the focus one which looks fantastic but doesn't suit the interior as well as my one! hahaha.

Where did you get yours from? It looks nice. Actually I have a focus so I'd like to see the focus version of that unless its the same.

you could always shorten the gear stick, but nothing more than 4inches as Josh found out... its to small to reach, (and he aint neccessarily short himself either) you could shorten it and get the leather fez one. would look really SHMICK... im doing the same thing, shortening it by 2 inches and getting the leather stick on it.

Hey Danny,

How do you find the gearshift with that gear stick? After removing mine before selling it (I ended up keeping it for memories of the Fiesta - hell, I still have pictures of it on the study wall!) I put the stock zetec gear stick on it, and found that the gear shift quality (or ease of shifting) improved.

Your thoughts?
