I don't think they are pre fab, most people just have the hump added to their exsisting bonnet, it has been done several times already.

Yeah AWC do them, but if they are not in an accessible place for you to get them to fit it aswell, it could end up costing you a heck of a lot more than if you can find a body shop in your local area to add a BA bulge to your existig bonnet.
It also means that it can be subtly shaped to suit the lines of the car just a tiny bit more. Thats what we did and it looks great and end up costing alot less than if we had bought one from AWC, got it up to the Gold Coast and then had to get it finished by someone up here.

AWC make 3 or 4 different full bonnet versions from straight fibreglass to carbon fibre ranging from $600 to $1600

Contact AWC. If your keen to keep your steel bonnet, then you can just buy the bulge and get the panel beater to attach it to the bonnet. Keep in mind that the fiberglass bonnet takes a fair bit of weight of your car.

How much are people paying to have it grafted to their car? And when its grafted cant you usually see the square outline from where the bonnet has been glued down

Against the trend, im not really a huge fan of the bulge for cars that dont require. them. It has a bit to commercial for AU's and BA's. Perhaps an alternative method is availabe to make your bonnet unique.

it costs about 500 bucks to graft a new skin to a bonnet, plus the cost of the donor skin.
I done it with an XC GT skin ... i think it looked good, many others hated it ...
