Default Car Storage Tips...

I currently have two cars in storage in a remote country area far away from salt and water. Specifically an XB GT and XT Utility.

I've been having someone run the XT for a few minutes every few weeks. But the GT hasn't been run in over 18 months. Any tips on what I should do with the cooling system. Should I drain it? Its running coolant with anti rust so it shouldn't rust should it?

Any other tips on car storage?

I would drive the car for at least half an hour each time, to get everything warmed up and circulating properly, also the oils in the transmission and rear axle. Dries out any moisture in the engine/exhaust etc. and charges the battery. Doing this, you would only need to drive it every couple of months. If possible put the car on blocks to take the weight from the tyres.

I would get the GT running and change oil and coolant, putting the correct amount of corrosion inhibitor into it. Then run it per above.
