Photoshopped or not these things are horrendous, ugly and you could not make a glamerous entrance in or out of one of these things.
Good pick up on the photoshop part - can see it now looking through the passenger window of the mazda

I saw a very clean and smooth hotrod at a show some years back. The dash was the complete opposite of "loaded with gauges". It had a small alloy art-deco style plate in the lower center of the dash, with a digital speedometer and a row of high intensity LED's as warning lights for oil, water temp, etc. Very minimalist and clean.

No I wasn't being sarcastic, I saw anti-donk and I thought a donk was an engine, not a type of car!

Yep. I noticed that. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

You thought right because a donk is a motor.
When i was an apprentice in the late 90s was when i first heard donk used for a term for a engine.

Drove past the worst VR commodore today. Done up like a jap car. Silver car with bright pink highlights and a big pink spoiler. Skyline type bodykit. Chrome wheels and southern cross stickers. Wish I had got a photo

No pics but caught a funny sight on a roundabout the other day.

Two skid marks about 30m long heading straight into and flattening a black spot project sign.

Irony?

Maybe I'm showing my age but I mentioned DONK way back and was referring to the engine ..................... well that's what we used to call em and I am still on the right side of 40

Anyone remember that Ford Courier ad from 5-10 years ago, where the huge pile of beer slabs lands in the tray?

Whenever a bonnet gets opened around my group of mates, one of us will invaribly say in an awestruck voice "What a donk" and get a good giggle out of it.

In my opinion, the BA looks quite handsome with the EF XR alloys. They remind me of the wheels fitted to the BA RTV. However, what could be classified as a fail would be a 1970s Falcon with similar wheels (or worse, chromies).
