the bin lid in the first pic of the el is hopefully the new bonnet.

if the shaker, ef flutes and go fast tail lights were removed that'd be a win.

Not really any different to putting it on any falcon, whether it be an E series, a B series, or an FG.

Plenty of guys in BAs rocking FPV badges on XTs with phoon kits and on XR6s.

I think it's interesting though, that the same guys who laugh at Commodores running later model Clubsport front bars, would look at an older falcon running a later model front bar and say it looked good.

If ya going to badge engineer your car, at least keep the right period - should have Tickford wings for E and A series, not FPV. IMHO FPV badge on an E series is the Ford equivelent to a Chev badge on a Crumpledoor.....

Well the fact the front bar fits so poorly is a fail.... look around the indicators and the widenin gap between the bonnent and the frontbumper.

Must be one of those cheap and nasty one which someone had posted a thread about the poor fit.

Given what's underneath those things (both "Holden" and "Ford") nowadays, they may as well all just go the whoe how and use a generic shell...

What do you mean "nowadays". There are rules and regulations within the series that dictate what parts can be used.

This isn't DTM, the Australian touring cars do nothing to advance technology, they're only there to entertain.

The best team wins at the end of the day. The car is nothing but a tool.
