Veal all the way its the only way to Parmi I havent had one in NSW for a while (the wife wont let me) but when I'm away with work, Ive found the Largs Bay hotel in SA is pretty good You want a good one (it doent come with chips in fact I think the guy would cry if you asked) go to Parma. It has to have proper parmisan cheese not the chedder so many places wack on it. I'm addicted to the good stuff now so every time I go to head office or one of them comes out I get a kilo

You known if the parma is good, the rest of the menu is likely to be OK too !! The Emerald in Clarendon Street, South Melbourne is alright, old fashioned kind of place, serves the parmas with sliced bread and butter and plenty of cheese on top...

Dunno mate... Lazy Moes (and MOskito's in Clifton Hill) have lost their killer instinct... Granted its massive (with a kilo of chips) but the parma is microwaved then has the cheese melted on it. It used to be fried off... standards have slipped my friend
