Wondering...could it be argued that a car on radar duty be classed as an 'emergency vehicle'.
It would be prudent however, to slow down, and if possible whenever you see a vehicle stopped at the side of the road with lights flashing - even the motoring association ones. Its a sign that there are people on the side of the road that may possible walk into your path.. On roundabouts, give way to both. Something I was told was 'The right of way is given, never taken' |
