when the hoon laws come into vic not long after that i got done, but the car wasn't impounded (not sure if it was because it was an interstate car or not, im not sure why they didn't impound it)
back than it was for me 3 points and no fines(after fronting court) got off lightly how times have changed |

I'd take some photos of where they caught you. You could tell the judge there was no black lines or marks on the roads, so how could there be smoke?
