Are you serious or being sarcastic? I honestly cannot remember the last Camry or Corolla ad I've seen. Maybe they only show them during Bold and the Beautiful and Antiques Roadshow.

Agreed. Most recent Camry add is the Asian family going for a drive. Father is an executive looking type.

Seen it heaps of times, and I hardly watch TV.

To be fair, I read your comment the other day & then over the last 2-3 nights I must have seen 4-5 adds per day for Focus!! So Ford has just as many Focus adds as does the Corolla & remind me again what Focus sales are doing at the moment?

Is the Focus not doing well because of a transmission problem, or have I got the wrong car?

Hah! yeah!.......if it would tow the van, and I had the cash to splash, I'd have one in an instant.......cant see it doing the block too many times with an 1850 kilo load on the back, mind you if it could it would be a pretty quick trip, then theres nowhere to put the engel and second battery never mind the load levellers and fold up chairs.

had a bit of a squizz, as I know the mongrel sales folk so well due to previous involvement, very impressive.......but not the same

just had a bit of an empty gut feeling as I glanced around at all the slant eyed plastic rubbish on sale, with very little Aussie built stuff.

Hyundai and kia, seemed to rule with actual "metal" cars pushed right to the rear.

it's really great to hear the sales are up but, sadly, the writing is on the wall.

along with so many "Aussie" jobs and incomes.

Focus sales are screwed thanks to the old dual clutch transmission.

Go on the Ford Facebook page and look at the complaints, Ford need to cut these people a deal and take these cars back, they are Lemons.

Workmate has been arguing with his service centre about this for the last 3 years.

Tired of the media banging on about sales figures in the last few years. I'm sure a different picture would be painted if they compared profit figures amongst the brands instead. I have to explain this to every single person non-car enthusiast I talk to who asks about it.
