Ok my almost final guess is a Porsche like this one but it appears to have a heat shield or something (on the posted one) for the exhaust on the bumper,
Note the tail light is the same and it has the red plastic piece that goes across the back with PORSCHE written on it.

Not 930 - 930 bottom of taillamp sits above bumper line.....this seems more like 959/961 with lamp with top of lamp at bumper line

The car was not built by porsche but shares some components.
Only a handfull were produced.

Its not just a modified Porsche. It uses a Porsche engine though.
Another clue later if no one guesses it.

Subject to confirmation that I was right, here is an easy one. A very pretty 70's car and this distinct styling detail should make it relatively easy to ID.
