If the sport is coming on the latest boat, as they are for sale in December, will there be more ST's?
I forgot to check in with Ford Shepp today as they had a "one day prices will not be offered outside of this sale" sale.

Answer would be no i think as i believe our Sport models will be Thai built like the rest of the range with the exception of the ST

Long Story, but I picked up mine on Friday afternoon and came from the first batch. Was informed by my dealer, the second batch should be at the docks by this week, about 40 units. Third allocation is Feb 2014 with only 10 unit coming for the whole of Australia.

Just check the tyres are not at 45psi and obviously check the body work for scratches.

You fellas will have to get a group photo at the dealership with the different colour FiSTs, has he sold a molten orange one too??
If there has only been 1 shipment so far that means that all you fellas cars came together on the boat but Con got his in September and yous 2 are only getting yers now. Me thinks dealers were holding onto them as demos to try get more sales!

They still have the Molten Orange in the yard which is their demo. Getting them all together would be mad. Im sure PowerFord will be happy to do it. Just need someone with a Red in Sydney.

Sounds like a total allocation of 250.
Same as the Metal.
I wonder if the poor sales performance of the metal put FA off a bigger buy?

Yep...

Still, I sort of regret not getting white. Or black.

All fine colours, although they should have offered the green that the US guys get - that also looks tough.

I ordered early September, and was told to expect delivery around the 16th of December. I called my dealer earlier this week to confirm everything was set. They informed me the car hasn't left Germany :( . Now they won't commit to a delivery date, or even give me an estimate of how long the boat ride to Australia will take.

Has anyone who ordered between September and now received their car?

Hey mate, i ordered in Sept in NSW.

Orginally blue but took a black one as they got it in from another state by chance and desperately needed a car.

Depending on your colour choice you prob have to wait till next year when Australia get some more.

The dealer said that aparently in March Oz only get approx ten cars... not sure how true it is but given you ordered in Sept i would presume you to be near the top of the list for the next allocation.

Hi

I ordered in sept in NSW. The saleman told me that the delivery will depend on the color you choose. Latest is early February u will get your car I think.

The orange one I ordered already hit Australian shore on 27th sept and I will pick mine up this Saturday.

Looks like FA decided Orange would be the best seller. As it seems there are plenty to be had.
Not that there's anything wrong with that, they are smoking hot. But I think FA decided the ST was a boy racer and needed that out of the ordinary color.
So the mix suffered from a dearth of White, Blue and Black.
Hopefully the FA dealers ere providing feedback that results in a more traditional color mix.

Oops, I clicked on the wrong ad.
25K for a second hand one sounds above the price you would expect to pay.
