Haha I didn’t buy my GMC because I thought it was the best thing off road. But nice try. You probably think the LC200 is really awesome off-road!? They’re pretty average. It’s a nice overlanding rig (if you get mods), but it won’t do anything extreme. Your reaction reinforces the “overrated” part.

A86 was traditionally a ****box lightweight front mounted rwd 4cyl. They're keeping to tradition. A lot of 86s on the street. If you want something more that's why they have supras.

De Tomaso Mangusta
Highly overrated and overpriced (Now). Having said that, wouldn't mind being in a financial position to afford one

Admittedly I haven't driven one and apparently excellent handling but yeah, just not my thing but can understand the younger gen loving them. |

Hi all,
The 86 is no different to the old Celica, it was a great little sports car that suited some people then and the 86 is no different now. And I bet Toyota has not lost a cent with that car. All Toyotas are built tough and reliable as! Hilux top selling car for another month. I'd give one a go, I'm sure I'd have a bundle of fun in it and still get booked for doing so! You may laugh about the Toyota 86 races, but I bet they've got a grin ear to ear, living out a dream many of us have. Any Toyota dealers out there want to give me a freebie, That's fine! Cheers Phil |

The 86 Is great for what it does.
I owned a Ford Probe for 3 years and (yeah laugh at Probe name etc like most) it was a fantastic car. In fact out of all cars I've owned, by far the most reliable -- manual shift so much sweeter It's funny as I bought it over a Supra as it was far newer and better. Bad move.......Supras I was looking at are now at least 3 times the value yet the Probe basically dead. |

Flame suit on.
Ford Raptor. I'm sure great trucks though just overpriced. A Ranger is more than enough for most imo. Last edited by MercuryT; 06-06-2020 at 09:15 PM. |
