Default Whats with the polls?

Hey guys, Whats the deal with all the mined polls in the bar?
The first page and a half were all polls (from '05 and '06) and mostly all locked
Whos doing this crap and what happens?
Maybe the Bar should be more like the sales area where the threads are deleted after a certain time...just a suggestion...

Im pretty sure when someone votes on a poll it bumps it up to the top even though no-one has posted. The same thing happened to us e-series guys last week

the person that did it is being tracked down now.. I'm not thinking they will get just a slap on the wrist for it either.

It would be nice if someone did own up. Thanks to who ever did it im the one being accused of it. I admit i voted in a poll but i surely did not bump them all. I did vote in the favourite milk one, The boss-windsor-clevo and the what age group are you in thread. There may of been one more but i cant think of it. But that is all i voted in!

It was very much not webby_191189 and I apologise to him for suggesting to him that it was.

I do know who it is though and they can come here and explain why the sudden obsession with polls.

Public shaming, much more effective than banning

It was EDXR347, and he has won a ban for his weak effort in not stepping forward.

Som people go through all the polls they can find. Some are dating back to 2005 - 2006. When ever they vote on the poll t bumps it to the top and clogs up all the other threads that people are trying to use. Its mainly done to annoy people or clog it up. There is nothin wrong with voting on a current poll though
