Hey guys and girls, I know most of you don't like mud flaps but I am after a set for my AU111 xr8 sedan. It keeps the road grime and mud off the car. My body kit is the one with the grill in the rear bumber. Any idea where I can get a set that fits and looks good (well as good as mud flaps can look). I have tried the ones from autobahn and supercheap but they are c$%p. I tried a search on e-bay but nothing comes up. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I've got a set on an AU Fairlane, I can have a look if you want (when I next see the car) to let you know if they'll fit.

Here's a link to a new set of genuine AUII Ford mudflaps on ebay. They seem a bit expensive though, so I'd check the new price with ford first. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/FORD-AU-SERIE...QQcmdZViewItem |

your best bet is modifying some to fit.
the mud spats will damage the paint. hit up Bluedriver for a pic of his old XR8. it had the same rear bar as you and he had mudflaps on it. hardly noticeable.
