Default how do you make custom themes for a motorola razor

probably a stupid thing to ask on a forum for cars but any way.

i have a Motorola V3 and I'm getting a bit bored for the themes on it dose any one know how to make a custom ford theme for it? thanks for any help... and yes i have way to much free time
