Thumbs up Top Gear Polar Bear Special Jan 7

Polar Bear Special
Monday 7 January at 7.30pm SBS TV

The lads are at it again, this time in one of Canada's northernmost towns, Resolute. The gateway to the Magnetic North Pole, Resolute is considered one of the coldest inhabited places in the world. In this episode, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May take part in one of their most ambitious challenges to date. Starting in Resolute, they will race each other across approximately 650 kilometres of treacherous frozen ocean and fields of giant ice boulders to the Magnetic North Pole.
Series 9 - Episode 1
Monday 14 January at 7.30pm SBS TV

Over eight million viewers in the UK tuned in to watch Richard 'Hamster' Hammond makes his return to Top Gear. After recovering from his devastating 288 mile per hour crash in the jet-engined Vampire, Richard talks about his jet-car experience and the terrifying accident which very nearly cost him his life. The Jaguar XKR is taken through its paces and the team set off on a new challenge. With a bee in his bonnet, Jeremy sets out to prove to a local council that it only takes 24 hours to resurface a 1.5 mile stretch of road, not five days as predicted by the council. While James closes the road and sets up the detour for local residents, Jeremy and Richard try their hand at roadworks.
Series 9 - Episode 2
Monday 21 January at 7.30pm SBS TV

James road tests the Bugatti Veyron and Hugh Grant is the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car. Jeremy, Richard and James take the latest Audi, Alfa Romeo and Mazda coupés to Scotland to test which is the best before they are given two minutes each to persuade art experts at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art on why their car is a piece of art

For those of us who respect copyrights (or simply don't have the bandwidth to download) we are stuck in Season 9.

lol why is everyone going on about this legal thing anyway? its on free to air TV, whats stopping everyone from recording it on there DVD/VCR's? is it still legal or not? Besides, its only for me to watch its not like i make dozens of copies and sell it to people.
