Default What is this rattle??????

Hey all

Could somebody please give me an insight to what this noise could be??

It basically is rattle/grind when taking car is at low revs in any gear, i can feel the vibration through the gear stick and is quite loud. Once it gets past say 1200-1400 rpm it goes.
What could this be??

Cheers Frank

does it do it in neutral with the clutch pedal out as well or not, also, does it make any difference what gear you are in. Also, any change in noise with the clutch depressed?
