Default Wipers

I want to replace the wipers (just the rubber) on the wp fiesta. Are there any good aftermarket ones or should I just buy them from ford.
Also what size do I need to get?

thanks

They're 24" IIRC
I personally use any silcon type replacement, the rubber ones don't last long in the sun
They shouldn't cost anymore than $10 a pair from a department store, or even cheaper at a repco, bursons etc..

A bit more than just the rubber, but check out Bosch Aeros Twins at Supercheap Auto.
Brilliant.
Whisper quiet and far more effective performance.
(Probably about $50 for the pair....but some guys I know say it's the best bang for buck mod they've made!)

i'll second that, got some a little while ago, they are a lot quieter and look awesome! just look on the back and see if they fit an LR focus, mine worked fine. but just test one first to see compatibility. i think i got a 22" and a 16". just measure your existing ones with a tape and try and match em.

I was tempted to try these when i recently got my new wiper blades

Silicone blades work 100% effectively as they are designed to, and are whisper quiet... but the bosch ones do look pretty neat :
but other than looks i didn't think they were worth the extra cash IMO..($ x5 = : )

If you want a noisy blade try those twin ones... I unfortunately did once and they bloody whistled at speeds above 60KPH :togo: we live and learn i guess

EDIT: actually i bought the Aunger ones. little cheaper, look the same. but i haven't had any troubles with whistling over 60kmph. dunno how long they last though......
