i have no idea regarding your question, but if it had slr5000 along the sills and on the rear spoiler it would have been an lx, if it had the smaller stickers on the front guards and boot an lh - round headlights an lx, slightly square an lh

Trying to find SL/R build qty's will be bloody hard - especially paint specific. Goodluck, maybe try nswtoranaclub.com or oldholden.com.

LX were avaliable as a 4 door SLR5000 and 2 door SS hatchback. The "A9X" was the homologation version of the SLR/SS and was avaliable as "A9X" SLR5000 sedans and "A9X" SS hatch backs. In Ford speak think SLR5000/SS as GT and L34/A9X as GT-HO. There are color break downs for L34 and A9X around, but not the base spec SLR5000 or SS.

this is an lx. note the slr5000 stickers and the round headlights. lh had tiny stickers around 10-20 cm long. they also had slightly square headlights |

Aside from stickers and headlights the LX SLR 5000 had the bonnet blackout whereas the LH had the side stripe only as pictured on the yellow one. Few differences on the interior also. |

You may wonder why I know... and I will get flamed for this, but this is in my garage.
It's an LX. Headlights are the main identifier. The SL/R came out in the 253 and the 308. The 308 was the sl/r 5000. Not all of them had stickers, not all of them had flares... there were options - the flare kit (rear facing bonnet scoop) was a part of the A9X options list. The A9X was ONLY available from the LX. The LH was just the SL/R 5000, but the LH had the L34 motor option. The LX didn't (pollution etc). OK I'll stop. READ ABOUT IT HERE http://trippytaka.com.au/news/blog/t...a-has-arrived/ |

Oh yeah sure Trippy, you're going to get flamed for having such a nice bit of kit in your garage, NOT.
Looks great, unusual to see those rallye type wheels on an SLR too.
