Most un-original title of the year.
Had my exhaust done a few days ago. Nothing spectacular. The stock pipe was cut off and the opening in the stock muffler was enlarged to 2.25". I had a cutout made in the bumper bar as well. Rough bumper cutout and stock muffler hole before enlarging: Welding on a new 2.25" pipe section to accommodate the new twin tip. The finished product: Before: (with bolt-on chrome tip) After: It's nowhere near as good as a full cat-back, but it sounds nice, and looks the goods. Hope you like it.

That's very tidy, not out of place at all which is what it's all about IMO.

Thanks guys. I've gotten quite a few positive comments.
Jim, do you have a pic of your exhaust?

I wouldn't have thought that was too bad for rust on mild steel. You get a lot of road grime up there.

Sorry to dig this up from the dead, but what have you used as edge triming where the bumper was cut? It finishes it off very neatly!

I've actually seen that stuff in black before (years back), I'll keep an eye out for it.

It annoys the hell out of me when people refer to the Fez as a Festiva. Even at Small Ford Sunday, where the new Fiesta was on display, some people kept calling it a Festiva even though it said "FIESTA" on the side in big white letters. Idiots.
