Wish me luck guys!
Ive currently got a mandrel bent 2.5 inch exhaust with standard muffler and resonator and a high flow stainless cat. Pumping the gasses out are some pacey comp's! It sounds stock with a tiny deep note at the moment because of the standard bits and pieces filtering the air. Tomorow it gets a lukey straight through and a hot dog instead of a resonator hehe. Should be a drastic change in sound! Will post sound vid up when its done, cant wait! So in full, pacey comps --> High flow stainless cat --> lukey straight through --> hot dog :evil3:

if you can you should get a straight thru un perforated resonator instead of a hotdog, hotdogs are rather restrictive.

quieter and deeper, and will have more of a note to it and less drone.
The rear straight thru non perforated resonator is basically a small glass packed straight thru muffler, and with mufflers the further they are put to the rear of the car the more drone/constant sound they remove cause their is less pipe after them for the sound to echo in. And flow wise a hotdog in 2.5inch flows 280cfm from memory, and a non perforated resonator flows around 500cfm, depending on brand etc.
