Hey all, i bought a ford AU II maunual falcon on the 28/1 for $2000 and im happy as larry with my car, bloody brilliant!
But as you expect some minor problems from a 9 year old car. The head unit works fine with tuner and everything exept the CD player. I enter a CD and it sounds like its loading but then about 10 seconds later it just rejects it. I have tried countless times with countless CD's. I spose im looking for a quick fix to the problem, or is it dead?, if so im wondering how much a new head unit would be or if its worth getting a different one from stock. Any replies are greatly appreciated |

Hi mate.
If you have a stacker they are are well known for their issues... plastic internals. Contact ASL who are a site sponser here. They offer an exchange with warranty. If you are over in the Wild West A1 Car Audio offer the same deal. Fixed mine. Cheers.

pull the fuse and put it back in, often works but you will need your security code

just pull them both. i think one is for the back up power when the ignition is off and the other is the ignition feed wire
