What's the point of putting them if your cluster already has them, and being an AU1, the oil pressure gauge actually works (it's not just an on/off gauge like the AU2 onwards)? Sorry, can't help with installing them, but not sure I would help even if I did know! You should get a monster tach while you're at it.

for the oil pressure gauge, you will require to install an oil pressure sensor and T-piece it into the oild pressure switch, go to pirtek or similar and get the appropiate pieces.
as for water temp, definately no, the AUs use a head temp sensor located at the back head, best option around that is, buy an EF/EL thermostat housing to replace the AU one, and install the water temp sensor into that. The general idea behind gauges is to have an additional set of sensor to monitor your engine when you suspect you have issues with your factory sensors, or you have a stupidly high strung engine, if you reuse stock sensors and it fails, both gauges will fail. as for positive and negative wires, you know what to do there :p

Why not just put the cluster into diagnostic mode? It will give more detailed readings.
With an AU1 that has an oil pressure gauge already, there is no need to buy/fit an oil pressure sensor; they already have one.
