Gday all,
We just traded our ute in and got a brand new 2011 ford fiesta Zetec Diesel and were wondering if anyone here has used ford Gatton to do services and if they are any good?? I got a quote from Qford springwood (where we got the car from) and they said $300 for the 15,000KM service and Ultra tune Gatton $170 and Gatton Ford also $170 so I dont no why Springwood think they are worth so much more lol So dose any one use Ultra tune gatton or gatton ford at all?? P.S the new little car drives so good and is way better put together than the XR ute. Handles better too just got a little less power Cheers Lewy

Some dealers think their better, after the issues i had with certain ford dealers and the difference proffesionally id beleive that
As for ultratune*,ive had a bad dealing with them i wouldnt give them the ride on mower for a tune Youll get conflicting issues * Not gatton unltratune, another ultratune |

Max Carpenter had a sweet AU drag car back in the day, so based on that, go with them!

I get all my spares from Carpenter Ford. They are always helpful and heaps better than Toowoomba. If the service team is just as good you shouldn't have any dramas.

I thought Ford had capped price servicing now? Also, afaik, if you get your car serviced by Ford, you'll also get a years worth of roadside assist for 'free'.

I test drove the car I bought and we ran out of fuel on the test drive, pointed out a mark on the door card that he attempted to remove by licking his finger and rubbing, messed me around endlessly with the pre delivery stuff (I took the car for a weekend, then had to take it back and leave it with them for a few days), he absolutely stank (sweaty grubby smoker and I think I may have detected a beer like smell as well, not a good combo). FAIL. |
