Is there a place in Sydney you can legally do this for private? Like WSID is for 1/4 mile?

Is a autobahn deemed legal enough to talk about? I managed a massive 127kmh in my 2000 transit on way from Berlin to Oktoberfest. This was on one of the few unrestricted sections where I could manage more than 110kmh eg down a long hill.

280+ over the standing km, man that's hauling.
well done, awsome package in a car to throw it at the horizon that fast. That acceleration would give most big banger bikes a fright! What engine combo have you got jammed in that car?

Yeah - looks like UK to me.
In Aus there are a fe wpalces for top speed runs. There is one in Tas just befor Targa (think its a feww hundred bucks and is over 1 mile). There is also a bunch on guys in SA that use a salt lake but the natives are causing them a few issues (sacred site or something) but they have some strict rules (cages and other safty things - cant just rock up in your F6 and go flat our) |

It's an old airport (which is still sometimes used) just outside London.... If I remember right, Dunesfold Aerodrome/Ex-Dunesfold Airport

I maxxed out a vehicle today on the airport taxiway, 25km/h!! hahaha
UK airfields look a lot nicer than the local international here, I wouldn't take a car over 100k's if it were possible at the local as it's just too rough, and the runways are cambered and grooved too |

In casino, just outside lismore there's a strip they do 1km drags once a year. The natives there (kangaroos and birds) cause a problem though. My uncle lives around the corner and was telling me about how I should come up for it and embarrass some of the locals.
Not sure if its legal or who runs it, but it sounded like fun. Also not sure what safety measures are required |

Hmm... True... But being the backup for the main airport (name escapes me at the moment), i'd think it was just over 1km long so a Jet can pull up safely etc... Wanna make a group plane ticket purchase, and group shipping thread to the UK? haha
