Default WT Fiesta - where is the Mute/Play/Pause button?!?!!?

Does anyone know how to use the 'M' button on the steering wheel or the soft butons on the console as a mute/play/pause button if you want to pause the iPOD or BlueTooth playback, or mute the radio or line in?

Is there a way to program it (or get Ford to do it?)

It's mighty irritating to have to fight to unlock my iPhone and press pause on the iPod player on the phone if I have to talk to someone outside the car (e.g. McDonalds drive through or RBT cop).

If I'm listening to a podcast, I miss a lot of it if I can't pause to sort out kids in the back seat, etc

If they can give you VolUP VolDown Back Forward, surelythey didn't forget play/pause?!?!?!!?

Press and hold the M button and it will change answer and hangup the phone and also it normally changes the radio station and i beleive maybe also the source.

So to pause it etc.....what wrong with just hitting the power button or switching to the radio?
