Default Mazda Takeri Concept

A concept showing the design cues for the next medium Mazda (6).

Looks good!

I see a Taurus front end (kind of) and a BMW rear end

Good car, shame about the interior dash. Someone tell Mazda where in 2011 now.

Whats wrong with the dash? Minimalistic and functional I would have thought would be two pretty modern traits.

You look at that, and look at current layouts and stuff now seems over complicated.

I like it, looks like a Maserati Quattroporte. Bout time Mazda got a bit sharper with their styling the current 3 and 6 arent bery nice, the older models looked much sharper.

Mazda have executed their styling in a very similar vein to Fords recent Kinect 2.0 concept (or whatever it was called)

Very nice.

Looks bolder. Front is much better than their usual "smiley face" style which i just HATE.

Cool.

Back has simularities to that new hyundai out. It looks great though, however im yet to see mazda release anything into production that maintains the coolness of there concepts.

Probably due to laws though, like those side mirrors, probably be replaced with big fat ones.

Concluding, I like the design it looks great/

It’s nice to see a manufacturer getting serious about weight reduction … 100 – 150 kg from a midsized car will bring some notable improvements  it’s a shame though they had to detune the SkyActive engine already to meet our low grade petrol requirements …

Looks very good. Mazda is a sales success the world over because of its good looks. Great cars, don't get me wrong, but they have the female market cornered when it comes to good looks. The Mazda 3 and 2 just nailed it.

Powerglide shifter... nice.
Having cupholders in the engine cover is great, especially in winter.

It has some nice lines but not over the top.

I must agree with your statement. I hate it when my coffee gets cold during winter time!
