I've heard about the site - haven't used it thought.

Personally prefer to download the tv shows of interest and burn them to a DVD to watch in loungeroom comfort rather than sitting at a computer watching them - though I guess if you don't have a tv it would be great.

Dont quote me, but I believe it is like streaming television. Limewire just lets you download songs and stuff, I dont think they are similar...

Streaming TV which is likely to chew up download quota pretty quick as well as having adds. I think I'll stick to Channel BT for awhile yet.

Ahh yes that jogged my memory - I think they had this on Sunrise. They were saying its really popular overseas where you get mostly unlimited downloads but in Aus it would chew up your monthly quota quick smart.

SHIFTN have you tried torrent sites rather than Limewire? - I find Limewire to be slow, full of viruses, and a lot of files seem to be fakes.

I believe that you can also get IPTV through some ISP's. Seems like the same thing - but maybe different content.

I still don't think it's worth it until unlimited plans are introduced.

I was a member with the beta, still a member but don't use it. It's crap. They have a very limited selection of programs, and so is NOT an end to downloading TV shows, not by a long shot...

Streaming eats the living poop through bandwith.

I listened to Magic 1278 on streaming radio and went through too much.
