Default Remote not working

My T-Series Remote has stopped working. The light flashes but it doesn't work. So I got the battery replaced and still nothing unlocks or locks. Now I have had the car disconnected via battery terminals. Now it's charged and doors unlock with key only. So what is wrong with it? Do I have to get it recoded to the vehicle? Help please.

You might have to retrain it to the car. It could also have one or more broken solders on the circuit board. If you retrain it, you have to do all remotes at the same time - the instructions on how to do it are in your owners manual.
