Default having problems with idle with video

Hi every one i need some help with my falcon

Im getting a really rough idle i stumbled upon this post

How U going? I'm an ex ford mechanic and have worked on ****loads of AUs with rough idle.. Here is a typical fix au idle list( need access to NGS or WDS diagnostic systems) Check IAC % is 30-35%..base idle screw is adj to obtain IAC %. Check and adjust TPS to voltage reading of 0.7v. check pcm for updates.

now my IAC% goes down to 0% and when i disconect the IAC nothing changes is this normal? and to adjust it do u use the black knob or the screw on the throttle stop?

here is a youtube vid i took what do you guys think

From the video, your car matches up with the post. IAC% 30-35% and TPS 0.7v.

is it petrol or gas?
i know the gas cars would do this when they'd get a leaky diaphragm. stick your hand down the cold air intake (before the airbox) and see if it improves. My memory it was getting too much air in the mix or something like that?
