just in case you didn't know, yesterday the remaining mechanics, electricians, fitters, and general non-trades payroll people working in the Ford Product Development team were invited in to HR, and only two thirds of them walked out with jobs.

Thats it, same with local suppliers, we lost Ford and Holden years ago where I work.

The company I work for, Ford and Holden were forcing cost reductions every year on us, we put all our eggs in one basket with Mitsubishi and we all know how that went in 2008.

Went from 700 people to 39 of us.
