Default Fords of the Future...(56k warning)

Heres a new concept from ford, i like it, its fresh...

Ford europe is also bringing out some new models, the new Galaxy people mover and the new S-Max crossover...:

New Galaxy (7 seater):

New S-Max (5 seater), think zafira but bigger...:

On top of this there is also a leaked photo of a new AWD SUV, built by Ford US, aimed to be bigger than the escape, but smaller then the freestyle(think territory here)...looks nice, similar to the new US Ford Fusion...

God I hope the next generation Falcon does not include DNA of these concept car's. Hate that front end, specially the headlights. Like the pumped guards though.

seriously, are ford stupid or something, why diddnt they use the teritrory as a platform for that AWD thing, why does it make sense to build a whole new car which is quite simular?

Because the Territory is built off the Falcon platform, they obviously wanted something smaller and different...and the platform is apparently not new. im not sure on details yet.

Umm,

Why does the ford Concept look strangely like the new Jag?
The vans look pretty good. The smell of Merc R class, which is good, becuase the R is a bloody good idea. Hotted up vans a cool, a neat turbo 6 would make pretty good sense!
A shame that it would end up being FWD to save the space and allow some nifty seating.

They could always do some mid-engine Ferrairi (read tarago) style work...

The s-max/SAV looks the best out of that group while the new galaxy is still basically a tall box on wheels. The U.S crossover looks like a good replacement for the Freestyle, carrying on Ford's new three bar front grill graphic.
