Default Legislation and Mod guides?

I have the web addy for the QLd D.O.T modification PDF.

here

I was wondering if there are such things available as guides to the other states? It would save some of the speculation if there are official rescources issued by the relevant authorities all in one sticky somewhere.

The reason it is in site support is because I wasn't too sure where to post it without throwing it in multiple sections... I'll leave that to the admins discretion

dude do you EVER use google or just ask silly questions on FF.. THe idea behind this thread was to see if there was a state by state guide, and thanks to John we have Qld and Vic covered.. I'll set you a task, mill thru the WA Main roads or dept. of Transport and see if you can find us something useful.

had a VERY quick search of the Western Australia site, and came up with this

Modifications that can be performed without approval.
http://www.dpi.wa.gov.au/licensing/m...ons/minor.html
Modifications that need approval, listing Limitations and Conditions for common mods, alt wheels, alt engines, suspension etc.
http://www.dpi.wa.gov.au/licensing/m.../approval.html
