Default Brats damaging car duco's

In the last 2months on my AU I've had my boot badly scratched. First from one side to the other by some brat, & last week at Knox city some bored brats have used a sharpe knife or somthing to try & tag it. Which left ugly scribble marks deep into the paint now requiring a paint job of the boot.

It seems as if the parenting skills of respect for other peoples property is not taught by some parents to their children :

what they need is copious ammounts of drugs. Heroin preferably. That way they we multiply the risk of them dying :the_finge , and even if they dont die they will be either stoned, sitting round doing sweet FA or too worried about sucking dick for crack to get their next hit to try and tag peoples cars.
just my opinion, either that or make them fight the gippsland fires with a can of spraypaint
