Default So who's actually seen...

Brokeback Mountain?

I tried finding a thread on it, but couldn't see one. So if there is allready, just link me.

Has anyone on here gone to see it yet at all?

I did today and can I just say, it was the most over rated, bland, boring (and it went for ages) plotless, poorly directed and inconsistent film i've seen in quite a while.

Input?

gf has seen it and apparently it's pretty "confronting" i.e. they show heath ledger and the other bloke well, doing what gay guys do in full view.

How the hell do you fit bickering over which milk to buy from IGA into a cowboy movie?

What did you expect? It's about gay cowboys or just gays in general...who are just so overated and boring....and no I don't care if your gay or not each to his/her own.

And yes I do know lots of gays who are nothing like that.

So they do similar to what Jake Gyllenhaal simulates with his squad in Jarhead?

What u all said, bit gay for me too. Maybe thats why Heath has gone for the Aussie movie next with a little spunk (forgot her name) a lot of normal sex in that.

And the cost of a movie ticket is another 100 or so K,s in the ute
