Can't believe I never did this earlier. It's such an easy job done in like 30seconds.
First pic is a comparo with the single light on top and the 3 light ghia one on bottom. The light just pops out. There is a little metal clip in the middle of the front side of the light that holds it in (faces the bonnet). I just slid a little flat head screw driver in there and it uncliped by pulling the whole light down. The hole thats left after the light in poped out and both plugs are undone. Also if you want to take the aerial off the roof just undo that silver part you can see in the middle. New light plugged in. The connections are all the same as the single light. Just test the light at this stage to make sure it all work. The end product in. Standard interior light on. Both maps lights on. It has the std 3 way switch plus 2 push buttons for the map lights. Cost might put some of you guys off I payed $143.87. Part # - 3S7A13K767AA |

looks nice
Do the map lights give off decent light? Would it be enough to read a map in the pasenger seat without distracting the drive too much?

Yep gives off a heap of light. I think the map lights are the same wattage as the std light. It's also angled away from the driver so it doesn't really put the driver off.

hay thats a really good idea.
I didnt realise the Ghia had different lights. For a long time now ive wanted to do something that might add a bit of light in the cabin at night, i think this might just be the thing for the job !

How do you get all of these part numbers? Is it possible just to rock in to the Ford dealer and ask for a catalogue or what?

Aluminium Door handles come standard on Zetec's so I dont see why you'd bother buying them from the UK mitch.
Kenneth, just go to ford and ask for them. It shouldnt be a drama. |

Say I wanted to order St door sills etc, I just rock up and ask for them yeah?
Long shot: would it be possible to order an ST front bar or rear bar? Sorry it's just I'm used to buying parts for a 36 year old car which no one has parts for...
