Does anyone know if the AU 1 V8's had a different aircon compressor and clutch compared to AU 2

Straight away I can't remember there being any difference? 6cyl are same.

Thanks for the reply.
I bought one off e-bay and the only difference between the original that came with the car and the one I bought was the pulley and clutch had a different code and looked a little different on the front although the pulley has the same number of grooves. The part numbers are compressor 1L5H - 19D629 - BA. Also on the clutch is a F3DH - 19D768 - AA The part number on mine is 1L2H - 19D629-AC |
