After attending a BDO for the past 9 years, I am unable to go in 2007. My wife has just had our first baby so I am grounded this year!! Maybe I will be back for 2008.

Im def going. Gold Coast.

Cant wait to see Tool in a festival environment. After seeing Gold Coast BDO - im off to see Tool play their own Sydney headline show that week after.

Big Day Outs are amazing. Everyone should at least go to 1 of them in their time.....

Just be aware that Venomous has just posted their proposed timetable - not THE actual timetable of the day.

Many many more bands than that are playing.

Big Day Out is an experience - even if you only like a couple of bands on the day. Its still good value at approx $120 for the amount of live music (if you see 12 bands (which is def possible) thats $10 a band - and we are talking well known names too!).

But just the summer festival environment is a great thing to be a part of.

I will be there for sure, as well as the tool concert. As for this timetable it seems pretty close what i plan to be going, cant wait to see trivium and butterfly effect woo

Yeh it seems like a great year for concerts, i got tickets for tool, slayer, Lamb of god and evenesence

I want to go.. Bad..

Seriously, anyone with a spare ticket let me know. I made a wanted section thread too as well. I'm not paying 200+ bucks for it though. I'll pay a bit over the cost price for your troubles if I have to, but yerr.

I rreeaallly wanna go, I just missed out. Muse and Tool would be worth it for me, but I wanna see all the other bands anyway.

PS. Might be making a road trip up to the soundwave fest. I'm kicking myself for missing Pyramid, so i really want to make these ones...

I've got a ticket for sale... make your offers - i do want to make a profit of it (cause i would rather go than make 20 bucks on it).

Cheers.

I went in '05 was AWESOME. Wont be going again if they keep the line-up the same as last years and this years. Not enough metal acts for me to want to splurge $150+ for the day.
