Default what is this part called

The piece that all the badges are stuck onto.
And how hard is it too remove off the car. cause im gonna debadge it but i'll need to fill in the holes.

Why do you need to remove it?
Pull badges off, sand down area around the holes to bear metal then weld up holes. Grind down excess weld, sand and repaint.

Not sure on the exact name, but id call it a rear sill panel.

I dont even think they have holes anyway do they?

yea they got holes, i pulled off the futura badge and theres two holes behind it, and i assume there would be with the ford badge.
If its easy to remove than i'll just buy another one and respray it, rather than do it all on the car.

Im not sure how it is with EF/L's

But on EA sedans that i have owned i remember that panel was welded to the rear QTR

would be pretty big job to remove if it was welded in i'd say

Yeah its welded in. The cost of a new panel alone would be more than that to fill the holes and repaint.

Its a filler panel, Its bolted on and the bar needs to come of to get the panel of.

Yeah it's bolted on. It's a piece of **** to take off. Remove the bar and you will see the screws, just undo them and pull it off. There may also be a screw behind each tail-light iirc.
