Today Tonight and the Alice

Hi all, there will be a doco on today/tonight about all the problems facing the good folk of the Alice. I'm not sure what time it will be on in the east (18:30?) Hopefully it might show what I have eluded to on ocasion on this forum. It should be of interest to anybody that thinks they are paying too much tax to people that do nothing to deserve it. It also has an interview with Clare Martin. This should show the rest of Australia why we are having so many problems up here. In all my years of polly watching I have never seen a more elusive incompetant politition.

I watched the show and found the problem that "The Alice" is having with late night "gangs" of thugs it really alarming, to say the least.

Yep, your No.1 pollie, Clare Martin, said it all. " Alice Springs hasn't got a problem". HA!

Well if the "gang thuggery" after dark, where teenagers and kids as young as seven yrs old, roam the streets in mobs of thirty or so, picking on individuals or couples irrespective of age, is not a problem then I don't know what is.

The report went into a lot more detail about the problem, but with the pics it seems a genuine report. "The Alice" is not a nice place to be after dark on any night.

And all the polly could say was we'll get more Police in the future. What does that mean, next week, next year, and how many is more, 1,10 or 30.
It doesn't need more Police, it needs less buerocrats(dunno how to spell it) and a few less dole chq's and a bigger bloody prison about 200 kays out of town.

Your not the first to utter those thoughts. But we are not unique. The last 3 assaults have been racially motivated to the point where the police have commented about this nasty trend of assualts. It aint pretty, what ever colour you are.

Should have done that 200 years ago when they could get away with stuff like that. Giving idiots rights and money what do you think is going to happen?
