I decided to give headlights, clear indicators and lowered springs to my brother to put in his EA along with a few other bits and pieces.

You can keep trying to make yourself feel better for getting a massive loan to buy a car you couldn't afford, and then having to sell it because you couldn't afford to then fix a busted synchro. Some of us actually don't need loans to spend money, we can earn and save.

Dan, I've got work tomorrow so I can't attend the dyno day, otherwise I probably would :o(

I'm going to have a closer look at the boost issue on Sunday probably. Sucks only getting 5PSI in first! I want double that.

Next mod will be stereo which I still have from the EB including DVD player and the rest, new front bar and an interior steam clean :S

You're just upset because you couldn't afford to keep a V8. My record is a year, how long's yours? 2 weeks?

Anyway, the boost issue is related to gearing. What ratio diff are you running?

Yagz' EL was cool! It probably would've gone alright down the 1/4 with a functional gearbox and really good driver (no offence mate ;) ) It had lots of potential.

Only thing I can recognise out of that picture when comparing it to what the engine bay looks like today is the brake booster, shock tower bolts and bonnet release cable lol.

Whisky Tango Foxtrot???

From what i've seen a fair few of the "Mocked" cars don't live up to their expectations, you can make up your own mind though I guess.

his stuff works, simple as that.
if you deal with brendan then its usually not too bad.
but you pay a price, their gear is not cheap.
