No mate, you can bonk in your car in vic, but you have to pay a tax to bracks. Bracks is now setting up grey nurses for the job of tax collection. So next time you are enjoying a moment with your loved one, don't be afraid if you hear a tap on the window. Just have $40.00 ready.

What is funny though, is that in so many ways vic and nsw remind me of the movie demolition man.

Victoria - no question. Any State that thinks 3k's over the limit makes you a menace to society, has screwed up politicians and a well cashed treasury.
