Default pop ups

I'm getting a pop up titled context window when i log on. I'm not tech savvy so please don't think I'm having a go, just inquiring. Would that be coming from your end, or have I got something at my end?

that sounds more like a virus/worm to me.
find a free virus program like Adaware and scan your computer.
clear cache and cookies after that and all should be good.
