your gettin the garnish with it? i never knew you could purchase it with it, unless im mistaken that it was a one off thing?

you can ethir not get the garnish or you can get altezza ea lights (bwahaha) or you can cut holes in the garnish or elsewhere to make reverse lights, those would be your options?

EDIT: how much the kit cost you, and where did you purchase it? also price include painted or not?

it cost 280 for the rear bar and boot garnish and 270 for the front bar and it dosent come painted but it comes prepped so all you have to do is paint it and put it on, im gettin it from a guy in sydney and its costing about 40 bucks for postage for sydney.

when you mean under the rear bar, you mean so when you throw it in R, it just shines white, cause i wouldnt think that was legal....most would think so anyways, aslong as the bolb/lens is showing on the outside of the car then it would be ok

in my opinion i wouldnt of gotten the garnish, simply going from eb-ed lights to ea lights is kinda ghey....

penrith: the poster owns that vehicle.

Da Fish: Have you considered modifying a set of EB/D lights so that the amber part is clear, the indicators have amber lights, and the reverse lights are mounted within the now-clear portion next to the indicators? That'll solve your reverse light dramas.

You can mount a reverse light anywhere on the rear as long as its 100% visible and adr approved. I think some of the hondas have a seperate reverse light on them from factory, so maybe get one from a wrecker 4 cheap and mount it where you think suits. That way its legal and you still get to use your rear garnish. Just an option.
