Default XR6 X Fairmont ???

Pulled along side what I thought was an XR6 on the weekend.... and as I always do, I check out to see if it's a MkI, MkII or a BF. But I saw the Fairmont badge....???? WTF.

It had the full XR body kit, slightly different wheels and the Fairmont badge. I would say it was a BF (didn't see the front) as it was down the road from Denmac Ford at Indro and the rego plates were recent.

But geez this thing looked nice....

I just saw an XR6 taxi, with 16 inch steelies to go with the XR kit. Don't know if it was just a converted XT though.

Lol. 16inch steelies would look so out of place on an XR body kit.

Too right, taxi yellow and steelies. Don't know wether it was a genuine XR or a kitted XT though, it had been debadged so that didn't help. Most likely an XT with the XR kit and headlights.
